Dear community members, We are happy to see the Ontology community is growing fast as we now cover 19 languages globally. To better support Ontology’s growth in the Korean market and help the Korean community learn more about Ontology, we are now hiring a volunteer for our Korean community. Main Responsibilities & Requirements • Run Ontology’s Telegram and Kakao community; • Analyse the trends and developments of the Korean blockchain industry and the Korean blockchain community and make growth plan accordingly; • Collect user feedback and analyse user behaviour; • Improve engagement and organise online event; • A good knowledge of the blockchain industry; • Native Korean speaker or proficiency in Korean and ability to translate general and technical articles; • Able to use English as a working language; How to Apply 1. Fill in the application form: 2. After receiving your application, the Ontology team will assess it and select one volunteer and other applicants will be recorded in our talent base; 3. Successful candidate will have a one-month probation period, after which an assessment will be made; 4. Volunteer with inappropriate behaviors will be removed as admins immediately, including but not limited to, abuse of power, verbal attack on community members, posting irrelevant ads, etc. 5. Previous experience in Kakao/Telegram community management is a plus. Assessment Criteria • Community growth (25%) • Community activity (25%) • User support/working hour (25%) • Communication with the team (25%) Rewards • The basic quarterly reward is $1,000 USD and will be assessed based on personal KPI; • Extra bonus applies when admins receive favourable feedback from the community or when the growth target is overfulfilled; • Rewards for contents other than regular postings, for example, translation of white papers, will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
